Every Melanie Stones creation comes with a certificate of authenticity and is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.

If your jewelry becomes damaged, we strongly recommend that you stop wearing it immediately and contact us without delay.

After an evaluation by our experts, if the damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, the lifetime warranty will apply in full: we will cover both the repair and the shipping costs.

However, if the damage is found to be the result of misuse or mishandling (shock, impact, etc.), the repair and return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note that the center diamond in our jewelry is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

For this reason, we strongly recommend obtaining specialized insurance that covers loss or breakage of the center diamond, as well as loss or theft of your piece.
