MY FIRST PEARL NECKLACE
I had just founded Melanie Stones.
It was the beginning of 2015 and, at that time, my creations were mostly limited to gemstone bracelets that I madeโฆ in my kitchen.
One day, my friend รmilie had just given birth to her son.
I was deeply touched by her confidence and her desire to encourage me. It was at that moment that I went to meet a gemologist โ with whom I still work today.
I created a beautiful Akoya pearl necklace for Emilie, along with matching earrings.
This necklace was a turning point.
Later, I started creating all kinds of pearl jewelry. I fell in love with freshwater pearls, their imperfect shapes and their infinite hues.
I then set myself the task of making pearl jewelry more modern, more current, and creating pieces that people would want to wear every day, whether with a chic or casual outfit.
Today, my clients tell me they wear their Melanie Stones jewelry every day, with pride.
I think I've achieved my goal
With pleasure,
โ Melanie, founder of Melanie Stones
