I am delighted to introduce Josiane Hobeika, a dear friend and a trained actuary with remarkable artistic talent.

We met in the early 2000s while working at a consulting firm specializing in employee benefits. Two analytical minds, seemingly destined for a career in finance. But one day, just like me, Josiane chose to listen to her artist’s heart. Guided by her passion, she found the courage to follow her own path and founded Hobeika Art, her company devoted to beauty and sensitivity. There, she paints delicate watercolors on fine stationery — and believe me, she truly has a magical touch. Her motto: “Life, in all its kindness, leaves subtle clues along our path. Trust it, listen to it, follow it, and embrace the journey it sets before us.” I asked Josiane to collaborate with Melanie Stones to create a monarch butterfly — a symbol of transformation, perseverance, and courage. From this collaboration was born this card: the union of two passionate women entrepreneurs, proud to have dared to follow their own paths.
